If something isn't right, we're here to help. You may request a return or exchange within 3 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. Perishable items (flowers, food, chocolates) and personalised gift boxes cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method or as store credit.
