Orders: After you order on the website, the app or WhatsApp, our team confirms it by phone or message. Your order is prepared once it is confirmed.

Prices: The price on the product page applies. Delivery is charged separately and shown at checkout. If a price is shown in error, we will tell you and correct or cancel the order.

Payment: Cash on delivery — you pay when the order arrives.

Delivery: Charges and times are on the Delivery Information page.

Personalized items: Photos, names and text are printed exactly as you send them. Once making has started they cannot be changed or cancelled, so please check spelling and photos before you order.

Cancellation and returns: An order can be cancelled before it is sent. Returns and refunds follow our Return Policy.
